MABI Hyrbilar is a Swedish car rental company with rental stations across the country. We are now looking for car rental agents for our rental station in Umeå who enjoy varied workdays throughout the week. We want you to meet our customers' needs with knowledge, professionalism, and a welcoming smile. If you have not worked in the industry before, we will provide training.

Requirements:

• Driving license B with manual transmission.
• Washing cars (interior and exterior)
• Attention to detail
• Service mindset
• The ability to make quick decisions, handle stressful situations, and solve problems.

What does a day look like for a car rental agent?

It involves ensuring that the car booked by the customer is in top condition when they arrive. You will receive and inspect new cars that come to us. Cleaning, both inside and out, including functional and damage checks. Throughout the day, there will also be deliveries and transfers of cars between stations, as well as administrative tasks such as email and phone contact with customers. The job includes managing bookings, creating rental agreements, and handling vehicle planning. In other words, it is a varied and fun job for those who enjoy a dynamic workday!

Does this sound like the job for you?

You have a B driving license with permission for manual transmission. We prefer that you have previous experience in service occupations involving many customer contacts in your daily work, but this is not a requirement. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Working hours are varied. Together with your colleagues at the stations, you will plan the week to cover the opening hours. Rental stations are generally staffed between 07:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. On-call work and evening shifts according to schedule will be added after the introductory months.
